Weebly and blogger are the best web 2.0  high PR sites. Weebly is a free site that you can post for free and
Customized for free. Blogger also is a free blog site you can also customize the blogger using template design and add widgets that are useful like social plug ins . There are many sites offering free social plug ins also with the Facebook developer they offer free Facebook plug ins for your sites.

The Process

Create Unique LSI content and post to Weebly and blogger . Create 5 Weebly blog post and 5 blogger blogs add 1 links per article add embed video and pictures. From YouTube embed video
